The word ‘apocalypse’ comes from the Greek and means ‘revelation’. Revelation stems from spiritual experience. Spiritual experience is not to be found in books or in speeches, but in one’s own personal experience.

For a very long time, people have been at loggerheads over the Truth because they cling to the letter of the text rather than understanding the spirit of the text. Because they mistake words, books, speeches and beliefs for the Truth.

Religions try to explain to us the origin of life and the universe. But the origin of all things – and of ourselves – is not to be found in books, nor in speeches, nor in religious dogmas or scientific theories.

Science seeks to understand the ultimate Reality intellectually, using the mind, logic and scientific instruments. The scientist Albert Einstein discovered that the speed of light is 300,000 km/sec.

The Buddha tells us: ‘Attachment is the cause of all suffering’. Written on a wall of the ashram of the great sage Sri Ramana Maharshi, at the foot of the sacred mountain Arunachala, are the words: ‘The ego is the source of all evil’.

Here is a brief summary of my life journey from a spiritual perspective. First of all, I am not a guru but a traveller on the path. I believe I have been on this path ever since I was born into this world.
